One day as I was looking for a place to relax and have fun, I stumbled upon the newly opened museum in Resorts World Sentosa – the Trick Eye Museum. Opened last June, it is located at Resorts World Sentosa, 26 sentosa gateway #01-43/44 Singapore 098138.
And since we really had fun at Madame Tussauds in Hong Kong just by taking pictures, I was pretty sure that it would be the same. It is a must visit tourist attraction in South Korea, China, and Hong Kong.
A little bit of history, Trickeye museum is an interactive museum with a new concept that stimulates your creativity and imagination using the TROMPE-L’OEIL technique through your vision. TROMPE-L’OEIL means “trick of the eyes” in French.
Entrance fee: 25 SGD for Adult and 20 SGD for Child and Senior. Operating hours: Monday – Sunday (10 AM to 9 PM)
A 7-storey building with 154 guest rooms located at Pico de Loro Cove, Hamilo Coast, Barangay Papaya, Nasugbu Batangas. A choice of Standard, Superior, and Premier rooms with mountain view and Superior, Deluxe, Premier, Corner Deluxe, and Penthouse Loft rooms with Lagoon view.
It looks like a newly-built hotel as well as the buildings surrounding the 5900 hectares combination of natural environment and developed area. I think the other buildings was a residential because they offer a membership program that will give you access to all their facilities. In short you can go at Pico de Loro cove and go swimming at the pool, at their beach any time you please.
I cannot comment on the price as it was a company outing but I swear to come back so will just update you when that happens. Haha.
So I was planning to try the latest magnum craze before leaving the Philippines last month, which is to customize your own magnum ice cream.
I told you I’m really a fan of sweets and definitely ice cream is no exception to me. However, because of long queue outside the store I opt not to. Haha.
Then the other week I saw an ad near Marina Bay pertaining to this. So I hurriedly search for the place that was indicated on the ad and was so glad to find out that it was just near my working place.
Last week I asked my friend to accompany me to try it. She ordered from the menu and I tried customizing my own magnum, which is the reason why we went there in the first place. LOL.
This was my friends’ Midsummer’s Night Dream. I tried the edible flower. 🙂
An all expense paid company team building at Pico de Loro Cove, Hamilo Coast in Nasugbu, Batangas who wouldn’t want?
It is my first time to go here and I became excited upon seeing their website and all those activities you can do aside from swimming.
I am not a beach lover for the reason that I didn’t know how to swim that is why I was grateful to know that I can do something here, well aside from swimming. LOL.
On our way to Pico de Loro. 2 to 3 hours travel time. You will need your own transportation to get here.
I was about to blog this last week but was too busy to do so. My friend booked a flight to a certain low cost airline, which is our “go to” for the best airfare deal back home.
This is not the first time they have rescheduled a flight that we booked from them, however because it was a seat sale according to their Terms and Conditions, they can change the details up to the last hour of your departure time.
Last week was different, she booked a flight last May from July 26-28, a month from now. Upon checking her online account from that airline, she was shocked. Her flight was rescheduled without her knowledge. In short, she was not informed. What’s worse is that the departure date was moved from July 26 to July 27 and her return flight was on the 28th July. So how would one enjoy her vacation?
The worst part, she tried calling the airline’s customer service hotline and the representative was so rude to her, even hang up on her (not to mention it was overseas). So I told her to get in touch with them through social media, maybe they can respond to her concern and act on it.
Good news, they have rescheduled the flight and return it to the 26th of July. So will not bash them anymore for that. Haha.
I just hope that this won’t happen to me in the future, without informing me. More so that they should not be rude when handling customers’ concern. 😉
Sorry guys, not the one I’m talking about. Just putting a picture on the post. 🙂
