Food Travel: Breakfast at Antonio’s Tagaytay

Breakfast at Antonio’s is located along E. Aguinaldo Highway (Tagaytay-Nagsugbu Highway), Barangay Bagong Tubig, Tagaytay City, Cavite, Philippines.

To get here drive along Tagaytay Nasugbu highway. You’ll pass by a market and then you can see Breakfast at Antonio’s on your left side. It is approximately 30 minutes away from the Rotonda if without that much traffic.

The ambiance was great and the food presentation too! I only tried their Tapsilog but sadly I did not become a fan of it. It does not taste bad but also it does not stand out from other tapas I’ve tasted. I mean with that price tag I would expect something special.

Throwback Thursday: Manila Ocean Park

Time really flies fast, it is Christmas season again. I haven’t even started buying gifts for my family. Oh no!

I can still remember last year around this time, we went to Manila Ocean Park. It is located at 666, Behind Quirino Grandstand, Luneta, Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines.

How to get here:

The fastest and easiest way to get there is by taking a cab. Haha.

I’m pretty sure you can also take a jeepney but definitely you would need to walk.

And so because I can’t help it, I’ve searched on how to get here. Hope that helps. 🙂

Rates:

You can select a package from 3 to as many as 12 attractions. For as low as 400PHP up to 1100PHP.

We bought the package with three attractions: Oceanarium, Trails to Antarctica, and the Symphony of Lights which is an evening show. Plus we also bought a ticket to see the Jellies Exhibit for an additional fee. We initially wanted to see the All Star Bird Show attraction however, that time it is not operating.

At present, they have added more attractions to their list so I guess I have enough reason to visit the place again. 🙂

I just stopped to admire the view. 🙂

An Open Letter to Cebupacific Air Philippines

I have mentioned on my previous posts that I always fly Cebupac even if the flight is always delayed, not until this day.

I have been cancelling a flight two days prior from the departure date and every time I clicked the confirm button it just loads forever and is not continuing to the next page.

So I thought that maybe the problem is in the browser because I’m using IE, so I tried using Google Chrome, but still the same.

When I went home from the office, I also tried it using Safari on my phone and just the same it loads forever. I tried and tried until the day of the flight.

At 1:57 PM, 4 hours before the flight, I called their customer hotline. The CSR said that maybe the problem is on the browser so I enumerated him the browsers I’ve used. After that, he’s putting the blame on my internet speed. Hello? Didn’t he know that Singapore is one of the country that has a fast internet speed? I almost laughed.

But because he asked a lot of questions first, it was now past 2 PM and the 4 hour before the flight cancellation period has lapsed. Then he told me to wait for 2-3 mins., as it was 2:07 PM and the flight was 6 PM, he’ll need to ask approval from his boss first. As usual, 2-3 mins. from PH is equivalent to 20-30 mins. and because I am on a prepaid my call was cut. They did not even bother to return my long distance call, the nerve!

Never again will I and my whole family be booking a flight from Cebu Pacific, this I swear.

Food Travel: The Food Club

I went home in the Philippines last week to take care of some things and because I am already there, I planned to take on a food trip.

I asked my awesome friend to treat me at The Food Club, which I wanted to try since April but havent had the chance to do so.

Located at Bldg. E Bluebaywalk, President Diosdado Macapagal cor. EDSA, Pasay City, it is a new eat-all-you-can buffet in town.

Review: Pico Sands Hotel Batangas

A 7-storey building with 154 guest rooms located at Pico de Loro Cove, Hamilo Coast, Barangay Papaya, Nasugbu Batangas. A choice of Standard, Superior, and Premier rooms with mountain view and Superior, Deluxe, Premier, Corner Deluxe, and Penthouse Loft rooms with Lagoon view.

It looks like a newly-built hotel as well as the buildings surrounding the 5900 hectares combination of natural environment and developed area. I think the other buildings was a residential because they offer a membership program that will give you access to all their facilities. In short you can go at Pico de Loro cove and go swimming at the pool, at their beach any time you please.

I cannot comment on the price as it was a company outing but I swear to come back so will just update you when that happens. Haha.

Team Building at Pico De Loro Cove Nasugbu Batangas

An all expense paid company team building at Pico de Loro Cove, Hamilo Coast in Nasugbu, Batangas who wouldn’t want?

It is my first time to go here and I became excited upon seeing their website and all those activities you can do aside from swimming.

I am not a beach lover for the reason that I didn’t know how to swim that is why I was grateful to know that I can do something here, well aside from swimming. LOL.

Pico de Loro

On our way to Pico de Loro. 2 to 3 hours travel time. You will need your own transportation to get here.
